The Yama-Sauvignon is a hybrid of Japanese wild grapes and Cabernet Sauvignon. A rich, wild flavor characterized by the bright, deep purple color and the rich acidity and bitterness. The 2021 vintage is brewed without sugar. You can enjoy the refined aroma of cabernet and the condensed taste of wild grapes. Pairs well with western food in general, especially hearty meat dishes.
