Sasa kamaboko is a traditional kamaboko from Miyagi prefecture, which is made by molding fish paste into a bamboo shape and baking it. This product is made using the traditional stone mill method, and the fishpaste carefully kneaded by craftsmen is finished to a firm texture and baked. By quick freezing freshly baked sasakamaboko, it has become possible to store it for a long time while maintaining its plump taste.

笹かまぼこは宮城県の伝統的なかまぼこで、魚のペーストを竹の形に成形して焼いたものです。この商品は、伝統的な石臼法を用いて作られ、職人が丁寧に練りこんだすり身を、しっかりとした食感の厚みに仕上げて焼き上げています。焼きたての蒲鉾を急速冷凍することで、ふっくらとした味わいを保ちながら、長期間保存することが可能になりました。
