If you place an order by 23:59 on the previous day, we will generally deliver on the next business day.

We deliver on all days except Sundays and holidays.

You can specify your preferred date.
If we are unable to meet your request, we will contact you.

If the purchase amount is $30 or more per order, delivery is free.

In most cases, refrigerated and frozen items are included, so we basically ask customers to pick up the items directly.

We are very sorry. We are not accepting that kind of request at this time.

Cancel & Refund

Please contact us via Whatsapp at least one day before the delivery date. No change or cancellation on the day of delivery is allowed.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we will deduct the amount from your payment. It may take a few days to a week for the refund.


Orders are always accepted on the site. If you are unable to place an order due to system maintenance or other reasons, a notice will be displayed on the site.
Customer support via Whatsapp is available from 10:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
