Rice vinegar seasoned with sugar, salt, and kelp dashi, this authentic vinegar for sushi has a good balance of sour, sweet, and salty tastes. Just pour it over the rice and mix it in, and you can easily make delicious sushi rice with the flavor of kombu without the hassle of making kombu dashi. Pour and mix as is for sushi rice. Use 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of this product for about 320 g (1 cup) of warm rice.
