MonYakiniku Rice-ball

Pre packed rice and yakiniku sauce makes cooking a breeze!

Yakiniku Rice-ball  <4 pieces> Yakiniku Rice-ball  <4 pieces>
Ingredients

1 pack (200g) of pre packed cooked rice*
8 slices thinly sliced pork
3 Tbsp potato starch*
1 Tbsp cooking oil*
3 Tbsp yakiniku BBQ sauce*
White sesame seeds for garnish

Cooking Instructions

1) Cut the packed rice (while still cold) into quarters. Completely wrap each piece of rice with the pork.
2) Sprinkle and coat the entire surface of the meat with potato starch. Heat the oil in the fry pan. Place the meat-wrapped rice in the pan and fry until all sides become brown.
3) Add the yakiniku sauce and coat all sides of the meat. Garnish with white sesame seeds.

Cooking time: about 10 minutes

Ingredients

3 pieces frozen fried prawns*
Vegetable oil for deep frying*
1 nori (seaweed sheet)*
200g cooked rice (keep warm)
Some shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp tonkatsu sauce*
1 Tbsp mayonnaise*

Cooking Instructions

1) Heat up the vegetable oil to about 170ºC. Deep fry the prawns in oil until crisp then drain off the oil.
2) Place a nori seaweed sheet on a food wrap. Place ½ of the warm rice (100g) in the middle of the nori.
3) Place the fried prawn, cabbage, tonkatsu sauce and mayonnaise in this order, on top of the rice.
4) Place the remaining rice on top of the ingredients. Take the four corners of the nori and wrap it around the rice. Cover with food wrap and shape into a square.
5) Allow it to sit for around 5 minutes. Cut in half and serve. (You can keep the food wrap on.)

Cooking time: about 20 minutes

2) Add a little noodle sauce to the soba noodles for taste.

6 pieces gyoza pastry*
60g frozen diced potato*
2 Tbsp canned tuna*
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 egg
30g shredded pizza cheese*

Cooking Instructions

1) Cook the frozen diced potato and tuna in a fry pan.
2) Beat the egg in a bowl. Add in the potato, tuna, and mayonnaise.
3) Place the gyoza pastry into muffin cups and then pour the mixture into each cup.
4) Finally, add cheese on top and bake it in an oven toaster for about 12-15 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

1) Use a fork to mash the fish cake.

3) Divide into quarters and then roll it into balls. Saute the balls in a frying pan with butter.
