Minami Sanriku Winery Delaware 2021

Two types of Delaware, early harvest and fully ripe, are separately prepared and blended. The fresh acidity of the early harvest Delaware is blended with the delicious flavor of the fully ripe Delaware, resulting in a wine with a gorgeous, rich aroma of green apples, bananas, and pineapples, and a good balance of acidity and flavor.

早摘みと完熟の2種類のデラウェアを別々に仕込みブレンドしました。早摘みデラウェアのフレッシュな酸味と完熟デラウェアの旨みがブレンドされ、青りんご、バナナ、パイナップルなど華やかで豊かな香りと、酸味と旨みのバランスの良いワインです。
