Minami Sanriku Winery STEUBEN 2021

The aromatic black grape, Steuben, is strained in the same way as the white wine to create a clean, dry rosé wine with a gorgeous aroma and mild astringency.
This wine is a very good match for Chinese and ethnic cuisine, including richly seasoned seafood dishes and lighter meat dishes.

香り豊かな黒ブドウのスチューベンを白ワインと同様に絞ることで、華やかな香りと穏やかな渋みが感じられる、すっきりとした辛口のロゼワインに仕上げました。
濃厚な味付けの魚介料理や軽めの肉料理など、中華料理やエスニック料理との相性もとても良いワインです。
