Takahata Winery Classique Merot&Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

The blend of Merlot and Cabernet S from Takahata-machi gives the wine a three-dimensional taste with structure and moderate tannins. The wine is made from different parcels of Merlot and Cabernet S. The aim was to create a well-balanced Bordeaux-style wine with concentrated black fruit nuances and tannins extracted from the seeds. A medium-bodied wine with good value for money, it is well-balanced in all elements, including ripe fruit nuances, aromas from aging, and tannins.

高畠町産メルローにカベルネSをブレンドすることで骨格を持たせ程よいタンニンを伴う立体的な味わい。異なる区画毎に小仕込みを行い、凝縮した黒い果実のニュアンスと種子よりタンニンを抽出しバランスの良いボルドースタイルのワインを目指しました。完熟した果実のニュアンスと熟成による香り、タンニンなど全ての要素がバランスよくまとまったコストパフォーマンスの良いミディアムボディー。
